I made $96K as a 7T with 7 years in the role. 10% STI
New hire 7t starts at 58k now with 70k max payout in cary. Was offered a position recently
more than enough for the job you are required to do
7t goes up to $130K
as little as they can get away with.
Depends on the jobcode and geographic area.
That's a good rate.
Not bad.
You'll also get a 10% STI each year...
Raises are pretty consistent at 3%+
