Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Is Costco Better than Sam’s Club???

It’s a debate. Costco pays more than Sam’s Club. They also knows how to take care of there employees. Different quality than Sam’s, plus they have more perks than Sam’s. Leaving Sam’s Club was the best move I ever made. It was so much Favoritism at my Club, until it was unbelievable. I went to work everyday faithfully on time never late. I have nothing against Sam’s Club, but the Management Is Terrible. They don’t know nothing, they are absolutely clueless. Sam’s Club is Falling to pieces. I learn this know your worth in every position. When the Cos got a raise an I was training them that’s when I left. I’m happy with Costco an they definitely knows how to treat the employees. Know your worth,”.

Without going into detail about all the ways they're vastly superior to us, YES, they are. It's not even close to being a fair comparison. Costco absolutely obliterates Sam's in every possible way except maybe two: We're a little bit less expensive and we open at 7am six days a week. That's it.

As a member of both, Costco hands down especially since they have self checkout now. I’ll still keep my Sam’s membership but have downgraded to a regular one instead of Plus.
