They would like to replace us dinosaurs with tier 2 union employees, and then they'll Break the union once and for all. No tier 2 person will strike for retiree benefits they themselves will never have.

That would be the wisest, smartest and absolute best thing that this company could do to promote itself, its markets and its customers. These would be the kids of customers and potential customers, not ruined by some freakshow college, but trained by and to company standards. This would be brilliant.
