A package with incentives will be offered this September to all CWA/IBEW Staff with an off dates staggard until the end of December.
Areas and positions that are declared surplus will have a specific number of off-payroll staff permitted to leave.
Geographic Areas that not declared surplus will still have a limited offering.
CWA/IBEW has been assured that essential positions vacated by senior staff will be filled through SPV's first then new hires.
