Hearing rumors of PBSs job changing. Anything really happening?

It’s always amusing to read the comments people make about PBSs.
Comments OBVIOUSLY from people who have NO CLUE just how much responsibility PBSs carry!
If your PBS is “mean” to you, it’s probably because you are one of the needy, demanding, crybaby TMs that can’t even tie your own shoes by yourself.
Grow up and realize that that PBS that you are complaining about it the one who makes sure your pay is correct and your benefits correct.
Our pbs is her way or the highway. nothing gets through even when we showed her she was wrong. Even our stl caves with her everytime. One person should not have so much power. Im so glad my pbs is getting out of that position So now i bet some of them will become TLs or ATLs with out experience. Just wow!!! I hear some stores are holding off postings for atls or tl just for this reason. There are a lot of people out there waiting for an opportunity but will never get it.

That would be a good thing. The one I had to deal with when I was with WFM s—ed. She had a bad attitude, abused her power, tried to have you written up for things she did not have all the info on, asked HIPPA violation questions, threw a fit if you sent a paper in upside down (like she couldn't flip it), constantly on her cell phone texting, barely greeted people, everything you asked her was "not her job". Just a nasty person.
S—s for us TLs who now have to do more paperwork. How do they want us to be on the floor?

About time at least we aren't waiting for the downturn in business to make changes in overhead payroll.
What happens if I don’t get a job?
Mid- Atlantic moving to TMSA centralizing payroll in October. PBS’s will have to interview for their jobs, told no one would lose job.
