If the job codes were changed for PTC and Cash Office, then why did they get rid of the FT PTC? The people in PTC in our club do not know squat about personnel....very young and very inexperienced...does not make sense to me.

I think losing our audit team was the biggest mistake!!!!!! Inventory is all screwed up in all areas.......

We don't have a PTC in our club and it's been nothing but a big mess. Our managers try, but it's not their top priority. There is so many problems. Of all the mistakes this company has made, getting rid of the PTCs was the biggest. If they wanted to save money, they could have had assigned one PTC to take care of three different stores, or something like that. Our managers and team leads can't keep up with new hires, let alone the associates problems.
