this new position has not bee announced at our club.. I would like to have it..but..have no idea how to put in for it or how it might change my hours...
I will confirm this. Some c0ksmoker that started 7 months ago, ( friend of a Manager ). Just happened to be the first to apply for the "title".. and got it. Doesn't know Jack-Squat about driving, and is the most dangerous person i've ever seen on a lift.
The 6 year driver, who never had an accident, and was fast as hell, and kept me never wanting for anything because he would anticipate what and when we would need something, and got it for us, was rejected, and didn't get jack-chit!! He quit yesterday..
Monday morning, i'm not showing-up for my shift. Or Tuesday or Wednesday or ever again.. Farewell Sam's.

If you are already at $15.00 or more a hour you don't get any extra for that position
So if a current forklift driver applies for this new position and gets it, would there be a pay increase if they already make $15, or does the raise only apply to those making under $15?
The new pay is only for this associates with the the new position. No other forklift drivers get the new pay or an increase.
Does anyone know if those of us already making $15 hr, will get a $2 bump in pay or nothing?
No. It’s a new position called Forklift merchandiser, two in the morning and two in the evening . Must hold forklift license for 90 days and starting pay is $15 hr.
