Seeing all those five-star reviews that keep popping up each day makes me wonder... Comparing posts here and there, you could easily conclude it's two different companies.
I'm starting to buy into those conspiracy theories that management is paying for good reviews over there...
Well known fact...fact reviews on Glassdoor. HR is 'encouraged' to put them out there as well as HR Pathways and interns. MJ has made it clear that is what he wants.
Why wouldn't there be fake reviews on Glassdoor? There's a whole industry of paid for reviews, just like on Amazon and marketplace sales platforms.
I received the same email after getting a Bravo award. It was encouraged to give a review of the company.
No they have family members or other employees write the good reviews. My previous co had a bunch of ppl write favorable reviews on yelp etc

In Anniston this week HR has been encouraging positive Gladlss lDoor reviews from management. The request if completed will backfire as myself and most of the leadership team walked into a firestorm with no support. Most of us were PIP'd. No raise, no bonus. Damage control....too little too late.
