I heard Marketing Leads will get a Raise. Is this true or not??? I need to know because I’m tired of working on the floor plus doing my job. What’s really going on...Please does anyone knows anything, please let me know.

So tell me how one can they could reach a SIF gold if they are alway down stairs trying to get all this added responsibility. I know at my club they have us working the memberships desk. We can barely gat appointments for blitz.
Clubs with no marketing team or short staffed marketing team will be told not to hire for those positions. After that they will slowly transition those clubs to the salary position. Clubs with marketing leads/full marketing teams won’t be transitioned to this until all other clubs are transitioned. Marketing leads however would have to apply for the salary position.
Regarding the salary position. They will be in charge of SIF and also in charge of plus and credit. Since most leads end up covering on the front end they will make it so they are in charge of plus, credit, SIF, and plus-first. After reaching goals they would end up getting their bonuses.

My club hasn’t heard a word about the position being eliminated . I think it is all rumor.
You are being eliminated! Ours sits in her office cutting out shapes for plus membership contests she comes up with as if the cashiers are freaking kindergartners.
No raise the position will be eliminated you should already be being pulled to support member services to help get you ready to transition to a new position.

A raise? This job will be phased out within the year. I am sure that there are some great marketing leads out there; but the one at my club doesn’t hardly bring anything in except a gigantic mileage sheet and a big headache. Im pretty sure she gets more in mileage in 1 week than she brings in membership $ in a month. She doesn’t help out on the floor at all, she can barely work the membership desk and her attitude is atrocious. If she worked as hard at getting memberships as she does at gossiping and spreading negativity we would be at the top of the list of performers. I’m pretty sure an email that lands in every members junk folder would be more effective than the lead at my club.
Did anyone have most of the desktop computers taken out today? So now when we need marketing stuff printed its stuff luck dumb move...
