So, I guess they're getting rid of all assistant managers or leaving just one. This is going around.

Nothing against any leads, but don’t you think if they wanted management they’d already been there, besides most managers, only been in position for less than 2 years. What’s the point of promoting then laying off, I can guarantee most managers regret ever taking the position. The hourly makes more money than management, which is good, but how long will it last without management direction. Most will say management is not needed. But when the burden is on your shoulder we shall see. Once it happens would be good to come and check in on you in 6 months. I’m telling you folks the stress is real and the sh– never stops............
It's more than two. There will be a whole restructuring. Teamleads will be new managers with different name. Club managers will be the only one left, if they are producing.
Stupid move on the part of Home Office if this is a TRUE RUMOR!!!!! You cannot give responsibility to people who are not critical thinkers. Not all are born to to be leaders....forcing someone into that position and paying them more is not the way to do business. We have Team Leads in our club who are lacking leadership abilities and are not very intelligent. And then we have some who you have turned themselves into dictators. Since the change, so many members have complained about the lack of member service lacking within the leadership.
Why do you think TL are getting paid more.
They will be taking over asst managers responsibility's. Everything comes with a price.
Not the end but they will reduce the number of managers in the club's
We have team leads that open and close our store so it wont surprise me if they do
