Shankies busy hiring back from Infy

Those sore losers are hiring back crzay from infy. If you have cashed in that $30,000 shanky gave you for willing to go to INFY, you can go back to VZ and get your old or even better title. The teams of Shankies have come down to their knees and have started hiring everyone back to VZ who have threatned to leave INFY after cashing in that $30,000 sign up bonus.

Shankies have cost VZ $30,000 bonus for not reason but its good for the folks who went to INFY to get the cash Shankie was splurging. Its time to threaten INFY to quit the job and wait VZ to offer you the old job back.

Just make sure you get the new Raised salary and may be a level bump when you are going back. VZ leadership is desperate to hire some skills back. Turns out they only kept the talkers who cannot look after the systems. They need those people who knows the systems back.

Resigned from Infy and rehired as Vz employees. Since they were only gone 8 months, I'm sure time will be bridged. There was nothing in the deal that prevented rehire. That was only for VSP/ESP package people. However, I'm sure there was a lot of back door and under covers talking to make these rehires happen.

If IT, why would you go back as a lowly contractor working for the same type of backward thinking international contracting companies????? The contracting companies are not much better in contrast as the rebadging to Infosys.

Rebadged back to verizon.

Things to remember while your talker manager wants to re badge you back to verizon.

You are getting hired back because your talking manager cannot risk his own position for not having anyone who knows the domain because he knows he is just a talking without any real skill.

Remember to make sure you do not lose your original tenure for vacations and such.

Remember to get a premium on salary and title before you go back.

VZ leaders only respond in desperation. They do not have an ability to foresee anything. Take advantage of their desperation and the good market condition out there to benefit yourself.

There is no reason to work for INFY for 30% less pay when the market is so hot out there.

FYI, if you were rebadged to Infosys the return as an employee is allowed. But the return as an employee, rehired, needs to be empowered by an affluent corporate decision-maker or will not be able to get your foot back in the door??

2cmb....the whole Infosys / VSP deal was irrational. That is what happens when a company looks at the bottom line and numbers on a paper only. You should never do what they did without considering the business and operational impacts for those decisions. The problem is they have a few execs that are full of themselves they don’t listen to people that actual knew what the lower ranks were doing. They got rid of the management and executives that knew what would have been needed to make cuts without impacting operations and business. They deserve what they get.

They are not hiring you back. You need to play it with a threaten to quit INFY. Once they feel like they are going to lose more from the remaining knowledge bucket they will be forced to offer you back to VZ. They are desperate and you should not work for less at INFY. The outside market is so good. If you do not need VISA sponsorship you can get 30% - 50% more in comp outside.

You have cashed in $30,000 Shankies have blew up on you and job market is great out there. There is no reason to stick around anymore.
