How much will medical cost in retirement?

i did mine ,currently active and if I retire right now my medical would be about what I pay now and that's almost 300.00 a month for Wife and 1 child also for life ins add another 200 on top of that if I want to keep current coverage. for a total of about 500.00 per month . I guess good for the life of contract,
