He does NOT work for anyone else but for himself. Do not ever trust that he is there with your best interest. In mind. It’s only with how it can promote his career or how he will look good to the Execs. Unfortunately people like him never cease to go anywhere.

I’m surprised he came up for air from being so far up “where the sun doesn’t shine “ from his supervisor. Is it the big words that are used confusing you? No worries, he doesn’t have a clue what he is saying either. He is a known liar so if you have to deal with him, be sure to document your conversation.
