It’s so tough at the office right now. The atmosphere is nearly unbearable. Watching offices get cleared out today after VP/Managing Director level layoffs was tough. Yesterday Senior VPs were let go and today they were already erased from the directory. It’s brutal. Employees are definitely having a hard time.

The layoff fairy put a nice meeting on my calendar for today. Gonna enjoy a two month vacation courtesy of Chuck and I didn't even have to wait five years! Nice. Hey, it's a gig economy and we're all expendable "resources". Plan for it. Don't give 20 years of your life to any company you don't own. On to the next gig :)

Whose head should roll for going all in on interest rates? Only the top people make that strategy call... Makes sense to me they all stay while 600 others get walked out. Welcome to Corporate America.
