Do you remember when WFT appreciated its employees and thanked us, but now we are told we are lucky to have jobs? Isn't it crazy they don't understand why we aren't putting out more or don't care anymore?

Huntsville is up and running from completion dates, i don't they have met a daye yet. Everything is 2 months past due!
Is the Huntsville Tx plant still up and running?
It gets more and more toxic at my location. It has become a joke, the obstacles we go through to make wft successful! But the good part about it, is we do want we want and take long lunches cause its easier to do nothing than jump through hoops to do our jobs. And the sad part is when we have to explain the new policies and procedures to management why we can't do anything. They can't hold us accountable for their ignorance! It's great! We milking it for all we can!
Wireline? Good thing you left since they shut it down! Don't base your opinions on the great field locations, which were great, its the new corporate structure that is bringing wft down. I want wft to succeed, but let the field bring in the money and support them. In all the recent layoffs it was field folks that got hit, not the corporate non revenue generating folks!
I miss working for them. I was in wireline as an operator. My supervisor was outstanding, my benefits were great, only reason I left is because it was too slow. Great company to work for. Hope they bounce back.
Employee appreciation day at WHR Wed the 2nd. Burgers and hot dogs, I'm excited!
So glad i am no longer there. What a bad company that has become horrible under current management.
You must be bitter ex employees as almost all locations are making positive changes to try and retain their staff!
They gave you a job what else do you want some kind of medal or a participation trophy
Employees were appreciated? I must have missed that.
The transformation should be called the extinction! Consult with operations in the field and they can fix this mess.
It’s the transformation. WFT doesn’t appreciate it’s employees, customers or vendors. If they did, they would never have filed bankruptcy.
