IPF values?

Just wanted to get a sense of what the IPF values usually are? I know we don't have the performance categories that we used to, but I'm trying to understand how it compares to different areas in the Company.. Mine seems to be 1.5. Ive almost always received a positive feedback.. But I just don't know what others get.

You can ask your manager directly what your IPF is... it's not a secret. For my team, we regularly give out IPF's in the range of 0.9 - 2.0.

Your existing manager determined it (if already in place by August). They could have reached out to your previous manager for input to consider, but there is no requirement on that. It is the existing managers bonus budget amongst the team to share as they see fit.

Would IPF be different if rotating from one group to another?

Does anybody know?

Take your first half advanced bonus (gross number). Double it. Multiple it by 1.1. That’s what you would get with an IPF of one.
Take the full year bonus amount from your web letter and divide it by the number above.
That’s your IPF.

How to check what IPF value you have?

Honestly anything greater than 1 means your manager likes you enough to fight for you.

It does NOT protect you from a LR, but at least your 1st / 2nd level mgrs appreciate you enough to stack rank you higher than your peers.

I left the stinky company long ago. It is a terrible place. But to ans your Q, 1.5 is usually a very good IPF. Anything usually above 1 is pretty decent.
