Has any store received Christmas trees? Our store received ornaments but no trees. Maybe the Christmas trees will arrive mid-December like our patio furniture arrived mid-July.

But Kmart is what’s getting squeezed out, Sears is mostly about credit card applications. They don’t cater to as low an income target so the people can apply for the credit card. Biggest problem with that is how much it slows down checkouts.

The reason Kmart has ALWAYS put Christmas out early is to capitalize on layaway plans. It really does not take a genius to understand some people might want to be able to pay on their Christmas decor and be able to put it up after 8-12 weeks of paying on it. If you put your tree on layaway in September you can pay it off and have it out of layaway just after thanksgiving or around that time.

The owner of Transformco stays locked up inside his mansion. Never makes an appearance at bankruptcy court and hardly communicates with anyone. Who would want to work with that person?

Halloween might be a bit late. I think it set mid October last year. That’s 3 weeks away. We put the snowblowers out this week but probably only because Lowe’s did. The winter boots are still hidden in the tax studio.
Why would anyone buy a Christmas tree in September? Let’s order a bunch of c-ap and let it take up space for a month before we put it out on the sales floor. If you’re not getting trees after Halloween, then maybe you should worry

They're on the site so probably soon. I mean its only September, most people don't decorate until after Halloween let alone shop for it.
