All the departments that were eliminated actually did their new position without looking back. Allow the leads that were given more resposability do their job?? What would happen???

All of the Leads at my club have passed the test without any issues.
Just like cbl's someone else will take the test for them, or give them the cheat sheets....
Wonder how many leads can pass the lead test without help.??? I know I was asked to help one once when we went to take the assessment I just looked at them and said what do you think the answer is??? They failed!!
Only one team lead has passed test at my club. What about other clubs?
Leads with more responsibility!! What a joke . They just got more money and endless over time. They make more money then a person that been there for 25 years. Team leads can’t even pass the test to be able to carry keys. Once again the joke is on you home office.
