Thread regarding Sears layoffs

What is it like to be Eddie Lambert ? Knowing that his actions effect the well being of family's.

Making decisions that will hurt and cheat many people just for your own personal gain can't be easy unless you're a sociopath. If you believe in God the greed isn't worth the gains. People like Bill Gates and Warren Buffet realize that their legacy will be told by the respect to the people who made them rich and the contribution to the greater good. Seeing the way executives were belittled by Eddie tells me he already hates himself. I hope he finds himself before he dies.

The "revenge" against the SHC board is a complete crock of sh–. He's the owner and largest shareholder of Sears. He was chairman right up until the point he resigned. He could fire all of them any time he felt like it, just like he fired the opposing board members of SHOS. Just like with Sears Canada, he wants to pretend like they're "independent". The real purpose is he's trying to pretend like there's a lack of "conflict of interest", so he cooks up this show for future judges who he hopes won't pay close enough attention so they won't send him to jail, just like Judge Drain who is out to lunch because he's creditor, debtor, largest shareholder, thief who takes advantage of the bankruptcy code statute of limitations to siphon of wealth and laundry it to other companies and his hedge fund, and the rest of it.

The entire bankruptcy was orchestrated by Eddie Lampert purely as revenge against the SHC Board which did not accept Eddie’s bid to buy the Kenmore brand and SHIP for $400 million.

Give me a break and cut the bleeding heart c-ap. Those who are left should have or could have left long ago. There really aren’t that many employees left at this point anyway. Those who are left just don’t know how to move on, or are enjoying an “easy” Job with the lack of customers to deal with.

Don’t be so dramatic. Retail is certainly not difficult to get into. If not sears/Kmart get a new Job at any number of c-appy stores (target, Lowe’s, Home Depot, grocery stores, the shop around the corner, etc). It’s an entry level retail job and should never be treated as a way of life.

He doesn't care what you me or anyone thinks of him. Never did. Never will. He is a self centered arrogant man who thinks he is God on earth. I feel sorry for him. He couldn't find his ( ! ) with both hands.
