who cares you better get used to less salaried managers this system is designed to eliminate salaried managers they are getting all of this time off because soon there will only be a couple left

5 managers and 3 team leads had more managers then floor associates
Our club has 3 mgrs total, including GM. It's awful.

So if they are people also and have lives, how come I have to work every weekend while my manager at 4710 takes off to coaches his kids softball. I know, life’s not fair but he takes advantages of his managers.

I agree but some of them need to remember that all of their associates are people too. A couple of ours can end up with Saturdays or entire weekends off on a routine basis, can bring their baggage to work with them, etc. But associates, don't you even think of it. Get over it. Whatever IT may be....death, major or minor illness,
Managers are people, who have life’s, get over yourself.
