This is really what it all comes down to:
Nobody wants the Oracle cloud.
Your customers HATE YOUR GUTS and can't wait for Oracle to DIE.

That's really all that needs to be said. To the customer Oracle is just one very expensive massive headache. The customers will take care of Oracle. You should get out if you can, it's not going to be pretty in the end.
1hro is on to something. Recently spoke to a guy who did an Oracle to PostgreSQL migration. He says he can work as much or as little as he wants to as retirement approaches. Plenty of demand for helping customers get as rid of as much pricey Oracle stuff as they can, if you have that skill set.
