Can someone please tell me the salary increase when promoting from Band 7 to Band 6? Is this a general 10% increase or more? Thanks.

In BR you will start at 100k when promoted to 6.
Change in STI is the only increase that is set in stone. Salary increase will vary based on comments previously made.
When I made the jump I got a Max 10% raise plus increase in base bonus.

i know of many recent promotes that only got 5%. they had been in band 7 for some years so were probably higher end of the pay range for that band
Depends on the jobcode you are moving into and where your current salary falls in relation to the new range. Anything over 10% would require an act of God. But you do get the nice bump in STI target.
Your STI payout will go from 12% to 20% when moving from band 7 to band 6
It also has to do with where you fall inside your current salary band range (low, middle or high end) prior to the promotion.
Depends what you negotiate and who you know. HR will lowball you. Make sure you counter.
