It gets more and more toxic at my location. It has become a joke, the obstacles we go through to make wft successful! But the good part about it, is we do want we want and take long lunches cause its easier to do nothing than jump through hoops to do our jobs. And the sad part is when we have to explain the new policies and procedures to management why we can't do anything. They can't hold us accountable for their ignorance! It's great! We milking it for all we can!

The bank directors need to get of Weatherford s top heavy potions of this company 77 VP’s, directors and 7 HR directors? What is their contribution? The US has 1 VP, I say get raid of 76 of them, and keep the hard workers that can save the company.

The biggest joke is the corporate org chart , 77 VP’s and directors and out of that lot there are 7 HR directors , don’t need to look any further to see why it’s sinking ship
Every oil service company has a beginning a middle and an end. Look at all the service and supply and driiling companies that have come and gone. Its a normal natural cycle no one should be suprised you tried. It didnt work. Go find another hobby
