I’m really a witch in real life, I ride my broomstick into the office every day. Fur Halloween I am dressing up as a banker.
Its a shocking place to work.
You are left among the dirty minds, meaning whoever is survived and got ME, those are hyenas who play a dirty game to survive (Go watch "the lion king" new movie if you do not understand what role does hyenas play).
How can anyone be happy working or walking people with that kind of mindset? Folks get out of this hell and live a real life. If you are working in the largest bank in the US, I understand but BNY is not even on the top 10 list in the US what attracts you to be there? and its constantly going downhill.
I think we will see something different than what we have for the last 18 or so months.
The culture is worse than ever. The place is a dumpster fire. I have my resume out to subway, Wendy's, KFC. More reputable companies. We are treated like trash on a daily basis. I've enrolled in a battered wives syndrome group to learn to cope.
