For many of you, It’s not a matter of if you will be terminated, it’s a matter of when. If you’re in a high cost center and we’ll paid, you’re a target regardless of your performance.
Be prepared.
You will not be able to access anything on the network once your employment has been terminated.
- Make sure your resume is current.
- Be sure to take home any documentation for reference which you may need in preparation for interviews or preparation of your resume.
- Print out and take home copies of all of your past performance reviews.
- Take home any personal items that you don’t want left behind.
- Think about who you would like to write recommendations on your LinkedIn profile.
