2020 Worthless Insurance Enrollment?

According to benefits, our packets "hopefully" will show up the last week of October. Anyone heard anything on this subject (that doesn't pertain to layoffs.... Anonymous I know). Actually it does, makes some of us hope even more for a layoff!
I did hear a rumour about a possible change from Aetna to a different worthless insurance provider.

In Tampa there was a post on seaport that open enrollment books weren't being sent out, but then our supervisor told us an email went out today that didn't mention enrollment books so we don't know what to believe.

Since we're on the insurance topic. I've got an MRI scheduled for tomorrow. The MRI place said their full price for an MRI is $1600, but if you don't have insurance it's $400. Called A3tna and since I haven't met my deductible it's the full $1600 for me.
So..... don't tell them you have this wonderful insurance unless you want your wallet lighter. I'm going in without A3tna.

Actually, it’s a forum for all employees and alumni regardless of their religion, but I get your point. Peace.

No one is getting a package in the mail this year. Depts are handing them out this year. Sounds like their target date is Nov 11. Taking longer than usual because when SN came aboard, they relooked at everything again. Staying with Aetna. Insurance and vacation info will be coming out at the same time.

Don't you think saying Aetna s–s is rude? I agree with you and there's times to be rude.
When someone contradicts an obvious statement of truth....rude can sometimes show up. Especially if you've decided not to get a needed surgery because you'd rather not pay the $10,000 copay.

I have had Aetna before but as a PPO. You must have a HMO. Which I currently have that really s—s (thanks ObamaCare). But either way no need to be rude.
