Had an old Kellogg merchandiser tell me that Mondelez DM keeps trying to hire them, and then laughed! I get it!
I told them, “it’s simple”! “If your looking for a job where they treat you like dirt, ignore you, over schedule you and basically don’t appreciate you....Mondelez is the right place to work”. They laughed and said they know....word is out! 🤣🤣🤣

From the locations of the court actions, looks like it’s more widespread than you may think! And that’s just a few!!! For every one there are ten more that have chosen not to escalate. Sad state of affairs!
Just because you have a bad maaager doesn't make them all bad. Sadly culture In part of the company is poor. I'm lucky have have had a few great managers.

Lol we got 3 rep jobs open, 2 seniors open, and about 3 ft merch/o open. Circling the drain we are! Anybody they hire quits in 2 days to a week! No communication!! No training, nothing!!!!
Management talks out of both sides of their mouths! They say one thing but then do another. To hear Skippy say they value us...laughable! If people really felt valued.....they probably wouldn’t have a revolving door of employees! Bottom line...Skippy is wrong!

Good companies don’t “tell” their employees, they ask them! Skippy works very hard to spin things because he’s in charge of a management staff that doesn’t value anyone! The $2 million in court judgements in just 2018 and 2019 doesn’t reflect a company that respects, or listens to their employees!
Mondelez values their employees.
