Thread regarding CVS layoffs

What percentage of stores going to RX hours?

Anyone have any idea what percentage of stores will be going to RX hours? Are we talking about 20-30% of stores getting reduced hours or something bigger like 60-70%? We have something like 9,900 stores. So are we talking about something like 5,000 stores changing or bigger or smaller number?

It seems like a lot of stores not getting this, so much ado about nothing.

Only 1 hour lost for each hour of decreased HOO. Time for some overlap in the stores back baby!

Every hour they cut operation means 2 hours payroll cut-
So our dist is about 60 payroll savings times 400 districts ,and that's icing on cake prior to release of new 2020 payroll budgets
So I'm guessing conservative average of 100 hours per dist-
Do the math - and that's only fs

We have 0/13 and our lowest volume fs is 60k a week. Most are around 90 to 110k.

It sure seems very random to me. Like they just put all the stores into a hat and are just randomly picking stores to go to rx hours. How do you get low volume stores not going to reduced hours? Plus no uniformity of policy, and not everyone knows yet if their affected by this or not. I knew a DL who felt if you closed one store early then you had to close all stores early. They felt that in order to be fair, all stores needed to be treated the same.

Interesting that some districts get a lot of stores going to rx hours and some none. What are the parameters/qualifications corporate is using to make these determinations? Still haven’t heard anything for our district.

The districts that don’t have a lot- what are your sales levels? My stores that didn’t go in my district were under $30000 per week and a 24 hour store. Just curious.

6/13 stores in my district are being changed. I assume the ratio isn’t the same for most districts though.
