Does anyone know of any new layoffs in Nov 2019 ? CX Collab or even contact center?

The numbers have been crunched. It is 20%, not 30%.
Screw all the nay-sayers. Event IF the layoff %age is 30. WHO CARES.
The market truly still kicks a$$!
Think about what you've done over the past X (20) yrs.
Extract the big items
Detail them
and Make a resume (I know most haven't).
Then look at companies that match your skill set
The pay these days is EASILY 20% more than what you make now.
Know that and ask for that and screw Cisco
There will be a 30% cut. Things don't look good this time. Save your money folks, don't overspend during the holidays. Buy gifts from dollar stores for your kids and wife.
I stick with my 20% number. Wait and see.

Heard today there's a 20% layoff coming this month (Nov 2019). Watch out after the earnings report. Source moderate to very reliable.
Density FB evil and bad people is very high at Cisco. It is unusually high and you don’t find so many cruel people at other places. I hope Cisco does not lay them off ever and they stay there forever and not go to any other companies.
If you are asking the question, then conditions exist pointing to a 50%+ chance of at least a stealth cut in those groups. Act accordingly. Take control of your situation.
