Burnham has been sold to CDOT by what I understand?
Burnham yard @ Denver sitting vacant since 2015! Old Rio grande diesel house been around since 1890,s definitely Superfund site!
likely a superfund site, like any railyard thats been around for any length of time...
I heard no one's interested because of the soil contamination. PCBs or something. The state's filing some sort of suit.
