What moral? At an all time low , not a question. Lets see anyone defend that? Big problems get bigger when moral drops as low as it is now. Lets see the RL’s and enablers of the cvs destruction chime in and defend it.

The only thing to address is the laziness of store managers and pharmacy managers. I feel like 80% of them are just lazy and don’t want to work. Get out of the office and off your asses and go set some seasonal. The only downfall is yourselves!
How about we address the “terrible company” issue before we throw someone under the bus for a simple spelling error.
Moral of the story is that you not knowing how to spell “morale”, is the reason you are working for a terrible company.
CVS employee morale is indeed at an all time low! The OP is absolutely correct in their assessment! And this is a problem, because when people get to the point at their jobs where they just don’t care anymore, then they just come in and mail it in for 8 hours and then go home. And that’s not good.
