Anyone have any information regarding the future for nurses on 24/7 nurse line? I heard nurse line will no longer be free. Curious to learn how many accounts are opting to purchase nurse line for this coming plan year.

Still free for Medicare recipients. Also, still hiring for nurses. Hope it doesn’t hit you.
About 3 months ago, our team was brought into a surprised meeting, only to be told nurse line will no longer be free. Our manager had no other information for us. Manager told us to ask any questions we had, and she would take them to others to get answers. We have heard nothing since that meeting. If accounts dont sign up for nurse line, I would imagine nurses will be cut. We get more discussion about the future of nurse line from members asking questions about it then we do from managers. The silence/lack of communication from the business is discouraging on this matter.
The only thing I have heard is that the virtual service is no longer free (i.e.- doctor on demand). I didn’t hear anything about Nurseline no longer being free.
Curious what that would mean for teams that transfer to nurseline as well
