When it comes to Sam's pay, the quarterly bonus is not even worth mentioning.
Quarterly bonus is a joke they will find a way to take it away they always do.

Not enough bro, not enough!
There is a lot of layoffs, people who get laid off (many of them are on this site) do not get paid a lot.
I think we have a general consensus here:
""NOT ENOUGH""
Not enough
As little as they can get a way with!!!
I make the same as I did 10 years ago.
Is it true that some California Clubs start you at $15?
Zero when they close your club or eliminate your position or department.
Friends don't let friends work at Sam's Club.
Don't do it.
One Dollar
My club just made all starting pay 13 an hour?
Same here, left after a few years, was making about $16/hr.
Agree with the poster who said: " I learned alot from all the training that I got but definitely not a lifetime career."
I worked as a meat department team leader for 13 years and left the company making $16 an hour. I learned alot from all the training that I recived but definitely not a lifetime career.
Here is a comprehensive thing for Sam's Salaries:

not enough
All associates start at a minimum of $11 an hour. If, for example, you’re brought in from the outside as a team lead then you’ll get the TL starting salary and so on.
This would vary, things that may impact how much an employee is paid is:
- position
- location
- experience
- full time vs part time status
Not sure if I am missing something, but that's it I think.
If you go to Sam's Salary tracking sites you get this:
- Average pay $12 per hour.
- Hourly ranges $10 to $18 an hour
Data is accurate as off May 2019.
