When will we start seeing these managers get cut. There are so many walking around doing nothing really you need two to three per shift plus senior manager plus director. These guy's can't manage their way out of a wet paper sack. Pure pathetic.

They will get to management once the agreement numbers are where they want them. They are claiming that they will not need to lay off right any right now because they still need them to do their dirty work. Once that is don’t they will be cut off like the rest. It’ll more than likely be the lower level managers too while the senior management will receive huge buyouts to voluntarily retire. They take care of them, I have seen it personally many times.
There are those who did jack&hit before layoffs began and still don’t do jack&hit today. There are those who step on others to climb the ladder. This has nothing to do with layoffs. These people will still be there in the end. C—roaches
