Surprise! We find out info on a TV ad. Transparency is like mud.

Ohio why didn't SC folks know?
It does not make any sense to have this in the commercial. Likely to decrease sales for SC as customers won’t understand the nebulous connection

SC and OH have a joint DSNP plan as of 1/1/2020
That doesn't make sense why they would include that on our commercial. We would not include India doing business as Molina Ohio if they were answering our phones.
Office work is split amongst reps from different states.
