Can some brain trusts explain the UP phenomenon? One can browse other railroad comments on this Layoffs.com site. UP realizes an exponentially higher posting rate. In actuality, you can add up ALL the other railroad posts and it would not equal the venting seen here. What's going on? Is the 'UP' this bad comparitively? Hopefully this situation is observed and digested by everyone–UP, customers, employees and disinterested entities included. Lord knows this business has to be abysmally worse than the rest. What do you reckon?

I reckon it’s because the UP is the one that’s going through the big transition right now. The others have already been through it or haven’t. You can’t compare apples to oranges. Most of the others already had their turn in the barrel. Now it’s your turn. Life and the railroad continues move on. Ultimately, you’ll be fine and so will the railroad. This isn’t anything new. It’s been around for years now. UP is one of the last, if not the last to implement it.
