We have a real burning platform

The current catch phrases being tossed around are agile and burning platform. Google it and Viola the consulting firm McKinsey comes up. Wow hope they didn't pay big bucks the 3 words. Any MBA grad who attended a real MBA school actually worthy of that title will tell you bull as there are enough Harvard Review case study telling u to avoid such snake oil peddler, ahem consulting firms. LOL
Well, they want a burning platform, they have got one as if the sudden rif of so many seasoned engrs at Olathe is not a wake up call to find other job, I dont know what see. Watch the attrition rate increase from here on out. Sure they want the expensive engrs gone but they canned fresh out engr at Olathe too. Words wiil get out among the freshouts and colleges to avoid this place. And we won't be able to support existing products. But hey we will just outsource it too. In the end we won't need any engrs. Bahhhhhaaaa.
Glad I got out. See u out there. The grass may not be greener but you really want to stay at a place that does not want you. Just saying

So sorry. It really s—s to be working at honeywell these days. I'm one of the guys that was cut due to not driving 2 hours one way to get to a Honeyhell site. I had worked from home for a year then everything changed. After 37 years I retired at 59 and never looked back. THERE IS LIFE AFTER HONEYHELL! Run!!!!!!

Please register with the various job sites That freshers look at and tell the truth. Naukri.com is a good place to start.

Leave concise, honest, and non emotional reviews to ensure that management is held to the same standards they ask of their employees.

Hit the points that freshers care about especially speed of advancement for high performing individuals. Lack of investment into innovation when compared to other tech companies due to massive dilution across the huge product lines. No chance of immigration or long term visas.

Work from home means work from work and then work from bus and then work from home.

The poster is correct. We lost 50+ engr in Olathe this week. No joke. Now the scrambling begin to fill the hole due to key experts lost. Lost many colleagues there, as we heard of it on Wed here at DV and then confirmed.
It was only a few weeks ago my manager got let go during the engr t4 and t5 reorg.
One can only imagine there is more to come
