$99 per hour in my region, yes it is hard to believe. TLs also get free pizza.
Just north of $38 in my region
Not worth being a team leader at whole foods the job description is very subjective and the poeple above you don’t know the processes needed to run the store.
Competition will pay more for good talent .
Team leader pay is not worth it go to the competition while store leadership gets older with less work done.
There is no such thing as double pay for metro. Md va and dc stores are considered metro stores and because living there is more expensive than living in lets say Ohio, TL’s cap pay is higher but def not double. Just a few extra bucks. So lets say Ohio TLs cap is $20 then dmv TLs their cap is $23. But all TLs starting pay is the same Regardless of state. N yes ask your TL or STL for more info. I’m a metro tl.
Metro double? I work at metro and i dont get paid double of anything. But i do get double the work. Max across the regions is posted in our team member website. If you are asking that ? here then you don’t work for wfm. And if you do work for wfm just ask your team leader to show you where to find that info. If your team leader doesn’t show you then go to store team leader. If your store team leader doesn’t want to tell you, you are working for the wrong “leaders”
