Get ready the layoffs are coming, productivity is down and we are staring layoffs in the face according to our senior manager. We can't Wait till these managers get hit and are gone. So tired of their propaganda lies and B.S. overtime has been shut off and shop count is high.

Not sure who your senior manager is but he’s doing what he’s told because he needs his job too. He probably has a family that he has to provide for. To go rogue will do nothing for him or his employees. The layoffs aren’t decided at the local level. He’s on the same stress train you are on.
Your senior manager will probably be the next to get walked off the property if he’s that nervous lol.
That's the problem, dishonest and corrupt at the top, always has been. Call one of those hotlines if you wish, put a bigger target on your back.
Everyone knows including those in NLR that NLR has been staring at lay-offs for months now Since the last cut it’s all that’s been talked about when people clock in, unless you’ve had your head in the sand and didn’t hear the more locomotives going into storage announcement. They just passed out the lay-off pizza a few weeks ago for the “great efficiency rating” look across the street and you’ll see the yard is mostly empty and the high shop count is because they keep stored ATR (that should be pulling freight not stored) and dispo locomotives in the rails and no one will ship them out because they either don’t have power on hand to put them on the train or they turned the train in the yard and we all know they are not going to waste time to try to bring it in to add the dispos to it. Or stuff is that broken so bad that it’s almost impossible to fix it with no parts on hand. Keep holding your breath none of the managers will go anywhere they’re yes men and do exactly what they are told not one spine between them and that’s what the company wants, ethics hotline is a joke even the safety hotline is a joke no one there to listen to them anymore that actually cares.
What Senior Manager are you speaking of? Be a man and give us a name or keep your stupid fear mongering to you and the guys you now work with at Jiffy Lube since getting laid off....
