Anyone work in the Greenville, SC Center?
How’s your experience there?

Let's be straight, Customer Service (CS) and the corresponding call centers still open are an EXPENSE.

Closing centers and moving reps to work from home (HBA) allows VZ to drastically cut expenses, and drastically reduce current centers downtime.

As for ATL and Alpharetta - no one is safe. I personally have friends who relocated from CT to SC, only to have the SC center close the very next year and then have their position outsourced overseas.

Also people are unaware of the recent opening centers overseas.

Mark my words, I have known about these changes for over a year.

Very nice facility. It is NOT closing anytime soon. The numbers/KPI are super high there, the employees are VERY happy. They'd close Atlanta/Alpharetta before they close Greenville.
