Palma was able to hide his poor leadership skills at Cisco and was probably headed (while at Cisco) to a similar end if he had stayed at Cisco. An example of someone getting promoted beyond his actual skill level.
He landed at Facebook.

He has made a career and a lot of money on failing.
Was never qualified to lead a technology organization in any capacity.
