They cleaned the paintshop. That isn't good for the Carman craft at all...and put them up in maintenance...a place that hides a budget from rumors and speculation. Looks like a great place to send the next sheep for slaughter to me. Especially if you read the contract they sent to to unions. They want subcontractors to be more accessible to outlying points. They don't care about the jobs, just that number, a magical one apparently....operating ratio.
