Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Bye Felicia

Union Pacific will be a company that is going to fail in the long run. The ROI in the short term will work well for stockholder but in the long run we will fail. Keep on cutting your on legs.

Your right it’s not failing, It’s making millions on this stock SCAM and destroying a company in the process. It’s working perfectly.

PSR has failing since its inception. The STB has been up their a– for a while. The NTSB has been investigating the UP practices. There's been a very large increase in derailments. There's quite a few lawsuits now. There's been an increase of worker fatalities. There's been a huge increase in shipper complaints. Multiple locations have been closed down. Thousands of workers have been laid off. Equipment has been sold off or stored. The darkest days for the UP are just ahead. I just want to see Lance Fritz and Jim Vena get walked off the property. This company can burn to the ground for all I care. Theres no way I would ever go back to that company. The way this company treats people is not worth what they pay.

I don’t know that it will completely fail because if it gets to that point the government will probably save it, but I don’t doubt that eventually the people will run it into the ground to such a point that scandals emerge and there is some sort of public embarrassment of the Enron sort. If you don’t think they’re cooking the books you’re crazy. They even cook the books with their internal metrics. You know for a fact it is not only known but encouraged to drag out trains to make first os and shove them back in the yard at major terminals. Air tests are pencil whipped. The list goes on. Rules are encouraged to be broken to expedite. This company is one big ethics violation and if you disagree you are in denial.

Nope, they are cutting thier balls and hearts out. It may effect us now, but when they are all sitting on Capital Hill testifying as to why? No amount of money they have will save them, this time the government will make an example out of them handing them 100 year sentences.
