Don't have pity for Sharif. I'm sure he got a nice bag of cash and will end up somewhere better.
So you call someone who has quit your company back (Sherif)...call him back with a lot of fanfare and red carpet, and then take a revenge on him?

what the heck does it mean by Sharif Marakby taking a "personal leave" for "undisclosed reasons". People are generally not replaced if you go on personal leave ya?
They will not replace Hackett until they're done slashing staff, benefits, etc. Look what they did to the retirees. As long as he's still there, more cuts are coming.
Nothing will change or matter if Hackett is running things. There were very very stong rumors over a year ago about him being removed. Something must have changed....
Most people are hoping every day for the announcement of Hackett leaving. He is resoundingly hated by most for destroying the company. Things are a total mess and management has no clue.
Corporations are the worst, everyone crying about who gets promoted, minorites, women, politics, education, training, it's all a mess!! Like a freaking junior high school on steroids!!! I'm ready to go into the trades. Go to work, do your job and go home. Plus there is always money and zero competition in things people don't want to do. They can have that office job, useless meetings, backstabbing, butt kissing, whiners. It's a burned out industry.
Today's announcements were troubling, to say the least. Would have liked to have seen Hackett gone, but instead, they've put more people in charge of areas where they have no background. There is no leadership and those left who can lead have been pushed to the side. The company is lost.
