One ERP may be real but it’s a complete waste. If the previous post is right that means it will take 6 years to achieve and all functions will not be in One ERP. We will spend around $250M for what? A few less bean counters ?

Zero Based Budgeting blows... This one is for you Holly..
Finance Transformation has been a joke. So now they have accounting co-located in Lake Mary but what was the benefit other than hiring younger cheaper people? Everyone changes jobs down there every year or so, very few understand their area in a deep way, they’re just passing through. FP&A jobs that were moved to specific locations 2 years ago (resulting in stress for all and layoffs for some) are now being cross-posted in multiple locations when they become open.
1SAP / 1ERP is still very real, there’s a big team on it and will transition the various systems over for the next 4 years.
One sap haha they paid like $100M for that I heard and it’s a wrapper. Great plan
They should explain how much was spent on finance transformation and what we got for that money
They made it one department didnt they. Thats all of OneSAP :)
Haha onesap? Nice memory. Long forgotten, like a song from Lorde. Vz changes goals like underwear.
Tulsa is still open. So is Lake Mary.
It was a Sham 0 (zero) transformation
