So if HO really sees this site then I want to ask them to just give us all our raise. Raise all the rest of us to 15 dollars. I don't know about other stores but at our store every associate works really hard and they deserve that raise. Most associate not only do one job they do 5 or 6 people job. Your associates at sams and Walmart would be much happier and hopefully less stressed allowing them to be more efficient and happy to help the members. As of now they are strecteched so thin doing so many jobs for 11 dollars hour why would anyone be happy. I can only talk for me but I can't even make it on what I make. By the time they take out insurance retirements taxes and everything else there is barley enough to pay one bill. I am giving them till Feb and I am not gonna give them another yr. I have to move on I been there 5 yrs and so many have came and gone good workers because they can't make it with that pay. That is really sad because they have good workers who care and they are just being c-aped on. How can they justify paying one person 11 dollars for a job and someone else for same job getting paid 5 or 6 dollars more. Stop with the intergrity speech or ethic speech until you HO stand up and learn it yourself. Just saying I love my job and I don't want to leave but if I don't get a raise soon they can't have another yr of my life. I will just lose all that I have invested in sams club. So if HO actually read a this then please at least respond with yes so maybe they will get the hint. Thanks

Well it's been rumored for a long time now my guess is anyone that hasn't gotten a raise to 15 dollars hour willost likely not be getting it. Now now and not on Feb. But hey u can still do the same jobs as ones making 15 or even some. Making 18. They will let u continue doing those jobs for your 11 dollars an hour. That is Sam's home office definition of integrity. Lol but in Feb u will get that little 2 percent raise but they will figure out away to take that to. I have a lot invested there but come Feb after over 5 yrs I am out. I will not keep working there when I can go right down the road and make way more. Hell I can be a substitute at school and make more than I am now. So I will just go ahead and eat all I have invested and move on. I am tired of doing so many jobs even jobs of people who get paid way more that I am sick to my stomach over it. I would go ahead now and quit but I like my job and I am just hoping they do right thing but it isn't looking good. After Christmas I am gone. Have a nice day people.

Nah not every position or department gets the 15.00 if you got a problem with that then transfer to them departments
Well said, that is exactly how all of us feel. I too have been with Sam's for over 25 years and this company had been great up until 2017 when the layoffs began. I truly am still here, at their mercy because why would I want to leave and start all over again after I have given my all and still do. We all work our butts off every single day and keep wondering do they not know how bad this really is. Our receiving is overstocked with freight, all doors have Walmart trucks that need to be unloaded. 5 people that come in at 4 am cannot stock entire floor, including freezer/cooler and 48. I keep wondering, how much longer?? Are they waiting for more long term associates to quit? If they haven't already, do we just keep going this way until they find other ways to get rid of us? Come on we are better than this!!!
