The script explains the process: A consultant will arrive at the store in mid-November, a presale will start on November 17, and liquidation will begin on December 2. The store will remain open until February, the script says.

Eddie Lampert has money that is why. He squeezed the money out of Sears major property holdings. His private company bought up anything of value and leased it back to Sears. That is probably what Jeff and company are going to do.

Is there a link to the interview with him soliciting the company for sale?
