Any tips to get on LR list for next round of layoffs

Does anyone know of a way to get on the LR list.

You can talk to your manager and express your interest to be put on the list whenever that comes up. I know for a fact that this can be done (at the manager's discretionary, obviously) because I was a manager there and had process this type of request. Good luck

Yes...move to SPBU, demonstrate innovative thinking, challenge the norm, refuse to just be a coding monkey and get assigned onto a failing project e.g. Crosswork
