Should we be getting 3 days off during Thanksguving week since we are closed and they will take PTO time for that day? One of my regular days off was switched to Thursday only giving me 2 days off.

Screw me, block schedule can't be changed without your consent. File an Ethics complaint now.
You could ask for another day off. Chances are next to nill that you get it. Not on a "key dates" week with Black Friday coming up and Wednesday needed to set up for it. You almost never get extra requested time off around holidays.
Block schedule says my days off are Tue and Wed... So I should be off Thurs too right? Nope. They scheduled me Tuesday. I had been asking for a month what to do. I would have loved the 3 days off. but nope.
You should have your regular block schedule days off in addition to Thanksgiving which you can use PTO
You could request your 3rd day off use PTO
Yes that usually happens. Use to not be that way, but as you can see, the higher-ups changed it. More work, less family. That's the new Sam's club way.
