this means we can now officially say 9 out of 10 UP employees don't approve of the CEO or the direction the company is going. I did see one new five star review from November 05 from an "AVP in Omaha". At least they're being honest when leaving positive reviews now on who they really are. Guess Glassdoor was deleting too many of their fake reviews from "conductors" and "myos".

Once again we have to explain this rating has nothing to do with the shareholders firing Lance or with UP caring. Glassdoor is for prospective employees or anyone that wants info about a company. And with an approval rating of 9%, according to my math that means 91% of people that work there think it’s a sh– show. Everyone now knows what UP is, and they can’t even get self respecting schools to let them attend their career fairs anymore. They are a joke.
The CEO job performance doesn't mean sh–. His number could be all the way to zero and still wouldn't matter. Theres always going to be those a– kissers who believe he's doing the right thing, even when he's been proven wrong. The board of directors is a great example of this. This is the culture of the railroads now. Corporate America doesn't give a sh– about employees. They care about money. If they can somehow numerically prove they need less employees, then the cuts will take place. What there numbers game doesn't show if future events from the lack of employees. Now they'll go on a hiring binge until they feel they have enough employees to satisfy the current levels. When the numbers go down, the whole process will start over. I've been watching this PSR push when Harrison was at the Illinois central. Hopefully no one had the unfortunate experience of actually meeting him, but that man was evil in every way. He wanted money, and was willing to do whatever it took to get it. Him and another gentleman devised a plan to present to the shareholders to make rail investments more attractive. PSR started a long long time ago. Harrison's plan was adopted by the other carriers to make a better profit, period. It's always what it was meant to do. For those of you that object to that then ask yourself who's benefitted so far? I'd like to see Fritz get fired and walked off the property. The f—er deserves it. Vena needs to disappear and go back to Canada. I don't think there's anyone that really cares for anyone in the glass sh–house to be perfectly honest.
It doesn't matter what his approval rating is. This dumbshit CEO and the rest of the corporate gangsters will do whatever it takes to make this 55% goal. The shareholders were and always will be the ones who benefit from this program.
As long as the shareholders are receiving their direct deposit/ dividend checks, they don't care.

Let's just show up, do our jobs the best we can under the circumstances that they have created. Have your house/ ducks/ or whatever terminology you prefer,"IN ORDER!". If and or when they send me home, THEN, I will decide what options are available to me at that point. "THEY" may control the show, but we control our role.
The approval rating could be 0 and it still wouldn’t matter the stockholders aren’t disturbed by how the ceo or anyone else is viewed as long as they keep seeing the green flowing into their accounts. It’s just like the joke whenever there is an accident someone asks were the shareholders involved nope then nothing actually happened get back to work. This company is nothing but a meat grinder but the jokes on them those currently left working are and have made sure that people know this is not a good place to work and never will be.
